[RATS: quilt aborted. Redoing it]

I tried to rework the zerobased stuff over the weekend and got things working right
and fixed a lot of missing pieces here and there (found several issues.
There are a couple of fixed interspersed that I am currently trying to merge).

One issue remaining is the page allocator. The bootstrap is getting more complicated
because the cpu_alloc regions become only available after zone_pcp_init has run (with the
simplified version of cpu_alloc). That still has to be resolved. Dont apply the last two
patches if you want a working system.
