Accessing ACPI tables via SFI

System is SFI-platform or ACPI-platform, never both
Just a method for an SFI-platform to leverage ACPI tables
eg. PCI MMCONF table, defined in ACPI envelope
XSDT separates SFI and ACPI signatures
